In our online essential oils store, we work to guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of essential oils, except in the following cases:
- Breakage during shipping: if the product arrives damaged or broken due to transportation.
- Obvious deterioration: If the product shows deterioration that affects its quality or usability upon receipt.
If you find yourself in any of these situations, please contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order by sending an email to info@aromesoil.com with the following information:
– Order number.
– Clear photographs of the damaged or deteriorated product.
– Description of the problem.
Our team will evaluate your case and, if appropriate, we will manage the replacement of the product or the corresponding refund.
Additional Conditions on Returns:
– Return shipping costs are at your expense. The returned order may be subject to import duties and taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Aromesoil will not cover customs charges.
– Please ensure that all return packages are shipped with a traceable and insured service, as we cannot assume responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
– In the event of loss or late delivery by the courier company, we recommend that you always retain proof of delivery when sending goods to our warehouse.
Upon receipt of the goods, our quality department will check the conformity of the products. A credit or refund will be processed according to your choice and depending on the condition of the products.
Cancellation of the Order
If the order has not yet been prepared, we will refund the full amount of the order.
If the order has already left the warehouse, no refunds will be accepted.
